I was scanning my twitter page when I read David Archuleta's post that Kris Allen just won AI and then just above his post I saw Kris' post saying "i still can't believe it! :')". I was like oh my gosh, it is really true, Kris just won AI. I was so happy that out of nowhere I suddenly felt a jolting urge to jump and release a very soft scream. lol.

I know Adam's performance of "No boundaries" was way better than Kris and he definitely has a wider range and he can hit the high notes, but I think the reason why Kris won is because he has more soul and connection to the song he sings compared to Adam who is so theatrical in his performances. With that soft voice and boy-next-door charm Kris is always a breath of fresh air every time he enters the stage, while Adam is like that annoying parrot on your neighbor's porch belting that eardrum-bursting tunes. And for the record, Adam does not imbibe "twilight" nor he will ever be Edward Cullen.

The bottom line, I believe America finally did the right thing in choosing the rightful idol. I do believe Kris will have a great career ahead of him and I am certainly looking forward to his first single.

my whole day turned to be a nytmare pero buti n lng nkita ko n nman c prine-cy... hahaha! he talked to me again... sbe nya anu daw gngwa ko... sabi ko ngsusubmit ng ncm... i really want to talk to him more kea lng pauwi n kme... kainz...

what a very frustrating morning!!! I am now sa IT center kc i nman came 30mins late sa class ko... kc nman it's so early and lam nyo nman i'm so not a morning person... tpoz i saw pa mam arnisto sa pinto ng room nmen... natakot ako... so hindi n lng ako pumasok... baka kc i-grab n nman nya ko sa arm ko tapoz sasabihin nya "Mr. britania late k n nman!!!"

my stress level is so increasing ryt now kea minabuti ko n lng na icipin c jun... he talked to me again yesterday... d ako nksagot ng aus sa tintanung nya... naconfuse ako... damn it! nevertheless, ok lng un... nxt tym i'll be prepared wla kc ako sa mindset ko yesterday... I hope i can see him today... para nman ma lalo pang madecrease stress levels ko... seeing him is a good coping mechanism... lol.

aun... 1 hour and 15min n lng 2nd class ko na... sana wla n c mam arnisto sa door... hay... ano n nman kea ilalagay ko sa excuse letter ko...  deliberation na nman yoko n tlgang maging center of attraction ulet...

"I can't wait for the next luzonwide... I can't wait to redeem and vindicate myself and most of all I can't wait to see Ivan again..." 

It has been a year since I posted these words on my friendster blog regarding last year's Luzonwide Tertiary Press Conference. Well this year I did redeemed and vindicated myself because this year I placed 6th in comicstrip (yeeppee for me!!!) and I did saw Ivan again but this time it's not like the way I saw him before.

For all of you who doesn't know, Ivan is this guy whom I met last year during the LTPC in Tagaytay. He gave me a piece of mentos last year so eventually me and my co-heart staffers refered to him as "mentos-guy". I had a big crush on him since he was so damn hot. I even searched for his friendster page for hours and hours so we can keep in touch but now after seeing him in a semi-kalbo hairdo I said to myself "what was I thinking?... ewww...". Damn it! how come he was so cute before and now he looks like a freakin' alien with a gigantic head? He completely turned from total hottie to total icky in just a span of one year. grrr... what a total disappointment.

Ok. So much for Ivan. The real highlight of the recent LTPC is me winning!!! haha!!! Finally after all this time I have managed to bring home the bacon. I placed 6th out of 35 delegates from the seven regions in the entire Luzon in the comicstrip making category. I was really surprised when my name was called because during the awarding ceremony the winners for graphic illustration was announced first before comicstrip and since I lost in graphic illustration I thought all hope was gone for me to win in comicstrip. Plus, I didn't expect to win since I'm the youngest of all the delegates and most of them are fine arts if not engineering students.

I was not the only one who won in our publication, Migz bagged the 2nd spot in column writing, Kuya Jack placed 4th in sports writing and Ate Marz placed 10th in editorial writing.

I'm really thankful that I won... This victory is not really for me but for the Heart Publication. If not for them I could not have made it this far... Thank you guyz! I love you!

The bottom line now is, I can't wait for the next luzonwide...I can't wait to bring home the bacon once more and most of all I can't wait to kick ass again...
